8:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – Leg Wrestling Instruction by Mitch
10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.-30 minute break...

Checks should be made payable to: Lebanon High School Athletic Boosters in the amount of $25.00. There will be no checks accepted at the door the day of the clinic!!!Enrollment is guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit and by availability of space. We have a large gymnasium but we expect a large turnout as well, so send your deposits as soon as possible. Often there are still openings after the deadline. The earlier you get your registration in, the better we can accommodate you.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best "top men" in the sport of wrestling at a reasonable cost. This clinic will teach you not only how to be comfortable while wrestling in the top position, but also how to score and pin from there.
Mitch wrestled for The Ohio State University and was a 1998 NCAA Division I Wrestling Champion. His technique in leg wrestling is second to none.
He scored a technical fall against his opponent in his 1998 NCAA Final's match, scoring 13 unanswered back points after taking his opponent down-ALL IN THE FIRST PERIOD OF THE MATCH!!!
4 hours of the clinic will be strictly focused on top position wrestling (with an emphasis on leg riding and pinning combinations from the top). The final hour of the clinic, Mitch will demonstrate some of his famous "funk" technique used in take-down defense situations.
$25 for those who decide to pre-register and $30 for those with payment at the door.
There will be a half hour break in between the two sessions, so wrestlers can pack a light snack and sport drink/water.
FOOD AND DRINKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!!!
