The Attack System Academy is the Complete Fall Training Program. I've created this program for the dedicated athlete looking to train extensively in the fall, to best prepare for the upcoming season.
Full Membership gives you the following:
***Training at one of our two sites:
Mondays: Conrad Elementary in Newark;
Tuesdays: Canal Winchester High School;
***Training at my Home Facility on Wednesday or Thursday.
***Personal Small Group Training Sundays on selected weeks, at the Home Facility. Athletes will be in groups of 4-6 for these sessions.
***Cool Gear: Full Academy members will get T-shirt, shorts, singlet. Also - a free Attack System DVD.
***Fall Camp entry at a very special club price: $50. Non-Members pay $170.
Cost for membership: $375. Host school athletes: $325.
There is also a Monday-only or Tuesday-only option. Cost: $120; $80 for a sibling; Host School cost: $80; $50 for a sibling. Remember: This option is for training only, and would cover all 10 weeks.
Night to Night option: $15 per athlete; $10 per host school athlete.
While I accept night to night athletes, I prefer working with dedicated athletes willing to commit to the entire program.
I am specifically looking for athletes who will make the decision to win by Committing to the program and Training Attack-system style. My training system has guided many top level wrestlers for nearly two decades. Many Athletes of mine have become State Champions; Athletes I've trained have gone on to become All-Americans at every level in college.
Starting Date:
Monday September 22 (Conrad Elementary in Newark);
Tuesday September 23 (Canal).
Ending Date: Week of Thanksgiving (Nov 24-25).
Times: 7:30 - 9:00 pm. Times for Home Facility sessions TBA, based on athletes' schedules.

We are now less than a week away. I look forward to training all the dedicated athletes coming to Newark on Monday and Canal on Tuesday.
