Matthew Lofton added to this discussion on November 3, 2008 With more than 300 wrestlers participating this weekend, The Golden Flash Classic was a success. In fact, so many participated that the Kent State Blue and Gold Meet started late due to every wrestler. From the Kent State wrestling staff and KSU wrestling SID, thank you for your generous support. Also, a big thank you to flowrestling for coming to the event and taping the Kent State Intrasquad! Just a heads up, the 2008-09 Kent State media guide is now available for purchase. The cost is $7 plus $3 shipping and handling (or just $7 by stopping in at the KSU athletic communications office, located in the MAC Center,).
