Iowa State assistant coach Shawn Contos will be hosting a winter break wrestling camp at Eastwood HS on December 26 and 27th 2008.

9 - 11:00am: Technique and Live Wrestling (Set-ups and Motion)
11 - 11:30am: Break/Lunch
11:30 – 1:30pm: Technique and Live Wrestling (Takedowns)
SATURDAY
9 – 11:00am: Technique and Live Wrestling (Turning/Pinning)
11 – 11:30am: Break/Lunch
11:30 – 1:30pm: Technique and Live Wrestling (Escapes/Reversals)
