Last nights dual had many great displays of quality D3 wrestling. Flowrestling covered all the matches and did some wonderful interviews afterwards. The childhood obesity interview with Percival is a classic check it out.

Cograts to my guys at Heidelberg again for the 27-12 victory and to John Carroll for great wrestling and atmosphere. Here is the link below to the Flo matches.

Kriwinsky looked terrific for a minute then got tired. Both he and Semple are cutting too much weight. Kriwinsky would be a good candidate to AA at 141.

I was impressed with Heidelberg. Their guys look strong, wrestled well on top and usually dominated after the first period. You can tell they're well coached.
