About the Camp
This camp is for the team that wants to get a lot of matches, in a short time, for a reasonable price. Teams will compete in 12-15 matches over a two-day period.
If your team cannot attend the camp, you can still compete as an individual. Individuals will be placed on teams where needed and still compete in the dual meet format.
There will be one technique session daily.
Cost
$400 per team of 10 by April 30th
$500 per teamof 10 after April 30th
$50 per individual by April 30th
$60 per individual after April 30th

About the Camp
This 8 weeks camp is broken up into 4 sessions per week. Two wrestling sessions and two conditioning sessions.
Each wrestling session will include technique, drilling, and live wrestling and will be run by Mark Hawald and his staff
Each lifting session will improve overall strength, explosiveness, and conditioning and will be run by Team Energetics.
