That is great. Hopefully we can get more schools to add wrestling.

Doug is a great guy and will do a great job at Tiffin. It's nice that in recent years Ohio is adding college programs like Notre Dame and Tiffin which gives so many options for Ohio High School wrestlers.

Thrilling news! Absolutely great for the Ohio wrestling community. I just became a huge Dragon fan.

Nicola hit it on the head...NICE!

Notre Dame made it public that they plan to file an application to make the move from NAIA to NCAA DII. That would make 4 DII wrestling schools. Ohio Dominican and Urbana are already in the process of making the move from NAIA to NCAA DII. Cedarville, Malone, and Walsh announced their intentions to apply for DII.

I think that we are looking at the beginnings of a DII Ohio Conference. With 4 schools already in the mix, if we could add two other schools (Ohio Dominican being in Columbus would be primed for success and Urbana a stones throw from Graham, WHOA!) that would make for outstanding opportunities for Ohio wrestlers and would make one tough DII wrestling conference.

I would, of course, like to see all of these schools add wrestling to their sports programs, but let's just hope for two.

Great decision for Tiffin and an instant rivalry with Findlay.
