Good article about two future Buckeyes though I suspect some here will have some opinions on the "first family of Ohio wrestling"? :)

These are respectful kids who have everything in perspective. These are the everyday champions on and off the mat that Coach Ryan speaks of, clear the trophy room for some NCAA hardware, they have got what it takes to go to the next level and will.

Logan is a beast! I just cant wait to see him at the next level. Does anyone know if he is going to redshirt or not? Also what weight does Hunter project to wrestle in college?

I have no inside info whatsoever, but Tom Ryan has been pretty consistent about putting the best 10-man team out on the mat that he can put together; if a true freshman is the best guy at his weight class, he's going to start. I would imagine this will be the case if Logan proves to be the best 125 next year.

And here I thought the "first" family of Ohio wrestling was the Milkoviches.

Just trying to add a little historical perspective, and not to take anything away from the Stiebers. I understand they are tremendous wrestlers.

I guess the "First Family" could mean the current preeminent in wrestling at the moment, similar to the President's family. The Milkoviches were the "First Family" of their day, This followed with the Jordans, Schlatters, etc. are other examples.

Or we can go back even further and bring the Hoppels into the discussion. They have put a few excellent generations on the mat.

I was very impressed with Monroeville's performance at the Ironman . I couldn't believe how many good div 1 wrestling schools finished behind the Eagles . And they did it with 3 guys , and 1 win from Phillips .
Any news on his injury , or where he's headed for college ?

Phillips has not commited that I am aware of, and I haven't even heard any clues as to where he is looking.
