Seems like they are underestimating the Buckeye youngsters.

Ethan asked if the TOM might be underrating the young Bucks. Gary implied that maybe that's not the case.

If I were ranking, one of the questions I'd ask myself is "historically speaking...how well does the young talent in the room tend to develop?" The answer would be that the two best programs over the last decade in the Big Ten have been Iowa and Minny. And, not coincidentally, those two do the best job (in that order) when it comes to improving the kids in the room.

Will Ohio State become more like those programs in terms of talent development? Here's the thing--Coach Ryan was one of the best in the nation at turning prospects into competitors while at Hofstra. So, we know he knows how to do it.

Can he do it here? Why would this situation be different?
