I know it's only an exhibition, but Anthony Robles laying a tech fall on Sanders? Awesome to see Germane keeping things interesting at 141.

Does anyone else find that result surprising?

Naw...the kid's from Boise State. :-o (It was sarcasm. Let it go. They have a great program.)

Looks like he did the right thing by moving on. Wouldn't expect a MD in a match-up of any of the top 10 at that wt.

Metcalf teched Caldwell during this event a few years ago and we know how much that meant at the end of the year.

Having seen Robles wrestle numerous times, I can only say all bets are off this this kid. I personally would not want to have to prepare for a match with him. I have appreciated how the top level guys a nationals have dealt with him, but the fact is if he gets a good hold on you, you're in trouble. His arms are the size of some of his competitors' waists (okay, that's slightly overstated but you get the point).
