The Golden Pride Wrestling Cub will be holding a three day intensive training camp December 20th through the 22nd.
*The camp is designed to give you at extra edge over your opponents during the mid-season grid. The 3 day intensive camp will include specific instructional technique, intense drilling, drill circuits, live wrestling and strength and conditioning training. Each practice will simulate a college style training session, giving each athlete the chance to train like a college wrestler.*
Cost:
$40.00 Per Athlete
$30.00 Team Rate 10 ormore/per
$30.00 G.P.W.C Members
Ages: 8th to 12th grade
Location: KSU Wrestling Room/ MACC Annex
Times: 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Capacity: First 50 Wrestlers
