2011 OHIO UNIVERSITY SUMMER WRESTLING CAMPS
Commuter Technique/Competition
All camps include free T-shirt and lunch provided

June 27th-30th Ohio Eastern Campus
*St. Clairsville, Ohio*
•All Ages Technique/Competition Camp 10am-4pm $125
This camp is for individuals of all age groups and levels of experience. Includes instruction in all imaginable areas of wrestling; including advanced as well as basic wrestling techniques from the top, bottom, and neutral wrestling positions: Neutral Wrestling will include- takedowns, takedown finishes, tie ups and control ties, 5 point moves, and defense to opponent’s takedowns. From the top- pin combinations and near-fall turns and tilts, general riding techniques, breakdowns/busts, and whistle moves. From bottom- escapes, reversals, leg/ crab ride defense and whistle moves. Camps will also cover training tactics, mat strategies, mental approach and strength/conditioning. Live wrestling and live situations will be done daily and are designed to complement the technique teachings.

•Kid’s Camp 6th grade and below 10am- 2pm $75
Includes wrestling instruction and games to provide an exciting and beneficial introduction to the sport of wrestling.

Camps will include instruction and demonstration from Ohio University Coaching Staff and Wrestlers
