Triggas has now won 3 cons matches at 125 after getting bounced first rd by the Illini's tough Gabe Flores. I love his style on top. It's going to get him wins all season.

Weakley will continue to improve as the season goes on. I think he will be more and more competitive as the season goes on with his learning curve and explosive style of wrestling.
Bergman is winning like he should be.
Right now Ohio State has 5 in the QF's with 3 still alive in the conso's as both Campbell and Picazo are out of the tournament. Triggas has rebounded nicely since his lost to Flores winning 3 in a row.

What is going on with Tucker 0-2 not good there. I hope OU can get back on track they just are a team that does not catch breaks in the injury department. Not having Ison there with grade issues doesn't help either.
I wonder if Powell can hold down at 197 and that is why we are seeing Iammarino in the lineup this year. Great to see Marshall back out there at heavy winning 2 after losing to the tough Massey.

I think they will wrestle the quarterfinals tonight and then start back up tomorrow with some more consolation rounds then the semifinals.
If Ohio State can put all 5 guys in the semifinals that would be huge for them as a team out there. I think this Buckeye team definately has some fire power at tournaments.
Ohio State should be in 4rd with getting 5 guys into the quarters. Michigan leads the way with 7 guys in the quarters both Nebraska and Illinois got 6 in the quarters.

Weakley advances with a 3rd rd cons win. To win this tourney, Bucks will need finalists--that's where the points are. It's nice to see Ohio State's true frosh--Triggas and Weakley--having solid performances. Hopefully both can get at least one more win.

Big win for Triggas. First quality 125 he's beaten. GO BUCKS! I've heard their practices are pretty intense, seems to be paying off.

Palmer wins 6-5 over Nebraska's Burroughs. Big win for team title hopes. Palmer meets J.P. O'Connor in semis. To the best of my knowledge, these two have never met. Both were AA's as true frosh.
Humphrey is highest seed left at 133. He will take on Mizzou's Kenny Jordan. Another match with team title implications....
Jaggers against Wiscy's Ruschell in semis.
Bucks continue to make a play for team title.
