A big DII rivalry takes place tonight in Erie, PA. Crosstown rivals Gannon and Mercyhurst battle at the War at the Shore and a alot of Ohio talent will be on display.
Good luck to my man Tony Petrella (Ohio State Runner-Up) as he hopes to help his Gannon (#20) teammates upset #13 Mercyhurst. Tony will wrestle 165 for the Golden Knights and should face 3x National Qualifier Hudson Harrison.
Wrestling tonight for Mercyhurst should be Ohio State Champions Andy Lamancusa (157), Braxdon Scalleta (141), and Payne Lint (125). Lamancusa enters the dual ranked #6 in the Nation and #1 in the East Region NCAA DII.
