WRONG! Terrible idea. Take it back. Don't mention it again.

Is Andy 'Silent H' Hrovath experienced enough to be considered? This seems to be his passion.

Does Rosselli want to is the question. He has a great gig at Ohio State and has carte blanche when it comes to the Ohio ROTC here. Best of both worlds.

I think Slay would be the best choice. He's been there and he knows how things work there.

Hate to say it but Rosselli is perfect for the job. I think he means a lot to the Bucks and it would be a blow to lose him prior to next season. Plus it would weaken the Ohio RTC. We'll see how it goes. Change is inevitable.

Another one bites the dust, Scott Hinkel at Purdue steps down.

This surprises me, I always thought he was doing a pretty good job.

3 solid openings (including ASU).

And Scott Hinkel has resigned from Purdue.

Clearly ASU knew they wanted Jones. Wonder who WVU wants? And who takes over for Jones in Colorado Springs?

There could be some significant staff changes in Columbus between now and next season. Tough break if it happens. This team is loaded and would need a coach or coaches that could step right in from both a technical and philosophical perspective.

If nothing else, the next several weeks should be interesting.

Since the current fear is Lou leaving the program, who is the current rundown of coaches to fill in for the hole in the coaching staff?

The issue is who can step in to run the Ohio RTC (if Rosselli were to leave)?

I don't know what Rosselli makes at Ohio State but Zeke Jones was supposedly making in the neighborhood of 200K per year.

I looked at USA Wrestling's 990 and it was $190 thousand. So yeah.

If Lou leaves, do you bring in J.D. in an official capacity?

J.D. busy training full time still I believe for the Olympics. I think you would need a lightweight guy in the mix if Rosselli were to leave.

I don't know who would come in to fill that role but I'd imagine it would be outside of the program.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I would expect them to put Jags in Rosselli's position and look to fill Jag's spot. He's trained under Lou for a long time and now been a coach under him. I suspect he files right in seamlessly. Just my thought...not worth much ;-)

Huge fan of the staff at OSU and ROTC, however if Lou were to depart I would think they would try to bring in someone from outside the program/staff.
