He's still in the game. It seems like forever. And tonight he goes for the US Open title at a weight class that makes sense for him.

There's no doubt that when Harry was younger and perhaps more in his prime, he was stuck between weight classes. Now that the weight class has been changed, it suits him.

He's paid his dues and then some. Wouldn't it be great to see him get one more shot to compete at a world championships? The Olympics?

He put on a show en route to a TF in the US Open Trials. Great match and highly entertaining.

Two former CVCA grads (both 4 x State Champs) wins National titles in same venue on same weekend...pretty cool. Congrats to both Harry and Nate. They are 11 years apart in age, different divisions and styles. Harry’s international career is winding down, as Nate’s is just beginning.

I think it is safe to say that the weight class change has clearly extended Harry’s career. After earning his 4th U.S. National title, he is in line for becoming an 8x World/ Olympic team member (‘05-DNP, ‘06-Bronze, ‘07-Bronze, ’09-‘74kg DNP, ’11-5th, Olym’12- 8th,'13-injured).

Harry has a shot of earning the one goal he has never achieved yet, World Gold at the senior level. At this new weight class he might be able to get it done in 2014.

Nate on the other hand is in position to bring home a Junior World level Medal before his RS freshmen year and give him the momentum and confidence to challenge for top NCAA honors next season.

Harry was possibly the most entertaining finalist. As you said, Hank, he put on a show. I thought he was kind of sloppy in doing so, though; I think a better opponent would have exploited a lot of that. With that said, he may have wrestled differently against a better opponent.

He was sloppy but his opponent was the caliber of a Jr National high placer.
