I think Nate is trying to make some adjustments to become the best. I think he is still trying to figure out how to beat the top guys at this weight. We still have a long season to go!

10-0 for Stieber after the first period. He is only doing this against the 6th ranked kid in the country.

Hunter loses to Sorenson 9-7? Hunter was leading 5-2 heading into the 3rd but (following the action on twitter) it sounded like Sorenson simply wore Hunter out. A lot of questions surrounding Hunter right now. This is not the same guy from 2 years ago.

Has hunter lost it or whAt? He losing to kids he would kill two years ago. My guess is he Prob shouldn't be wrestling yet. I am thinking he has to be hurt.

Hunter is broken right now mentally. Physical issues may play a role but he's wrestling timid. For one second--that beautiful shot off of action--he looked like himself. Otherwise, he is not remotely close to the 2x AA we've had the privilege of watching for the last several years.

Good effort by the rest of the Bucks. Tomasello didn't make the big mistake but also seemed a bit risk adverse. Obviously, he knows Gilman better than we do.
JDJ was near brilliant. Other than Logan, he's been the Bucks best wrestler this season IMO.
Demas could have lateraled Kelly a few times but played it safe.

I thought he looked gassed (ala Dylan Alton).
Maybe his work ethic during recovery is what TR meant by taking ownership for some things following the MO dual debacle. I just find it hard to believe that TR would put him on the mat if he was still injured.

What happened in Snyder's match? Why did Burak get another point in the 3rd? And why didn't Snyder take down and go for the quick escape?

Snyder loses 2-1. Team score 15-14 Iowa with Telford and Tav next. Burak got choice 2nd and 3rd period due to injury time by Snyder. Snyder had RT.

I'm flabbergasted. Why choose top in the second? You can escape and ride in the third? Bucks stand a good chance to win the dual if not for that decision. Someone's ass should be fried for that decision.

Snyder took injury time at the end of 1st which gave burak choice in the 2nd. It was then buraks choice in the 3rd and Snyder gave the escape.
