I doubt Borrelli's bragging about it...an hour lost forever.
Courts threw up some real clunkers during the season. His own talent is what caused many to be concerned. He rallied and made a great run at the tournament. In reality, he lessened expectations of what many of us, including me, thought would be a pretty stellar career, though concern existed about the knee.
Hank, nothing wrong with the topic title. Just a different way of acknowledging his great contribution to the team title.

ah yes, "witty banter", i too welcome it dearly on such a "tedious & futile day", doing my taxes.
i am reminded of mob boss Frank Costello appearing before the Senate committee chaired by Estes Kevaufer in the 1950's. The Senator asked Costello "Have you done anything for your country?". Costello replied straight-faced "Paid my tax", and the room broke up.
