Anybody else have a nickname you got from wrestling that has stocked???

My nickname is Blobman or Blob.

Got it from my high school wrestling coach. He was amazed at my ability to escape and make ugly stuff look good. Most said I had no bones because of my ability to bend, twist, and funk my way out of un-ideal situations. A lot of my friends still call me by the nickname over 20 years later!!

What's your nicknames and how did you get them??

Not a wrestling nickname, but I was frequently the last one out of my bunk bed when I was in the army in basic training at Ft. Knox, Ky.

Nickname: Flash.

Duration: Ten weeks.

Named by: Sandy Collier, who I have not seen since.

How long?: Forty-four years ago.

Big Schein, because my younger brother was Little Schein, kind of sad when you're 5'5 125 and you're the big one, my brother at the time was about 5'0 103.

the year before that I was "Buy a Clue", because I was naïve.

My buddy was driving four of us back to college and the car seemed impossibly packed. One of the passengers, a girl named Jennifer, who'd only heard my name once, asked how we were gonna fit my stuff in the car. Specifically, she asked how we were gonna fit "Duke's stuff" in the car.

My buddy, Joel, thought that name fit me perfectly and started calling me Duke. A bunch of mutual friends picked it up and still use it to this day.

Work at Kamp Kanakuk in Branson Missouri one summer where every counselor went by a nickname -- and I was dubbed "Hotel".

I thought you were known as "The Unloved Dernlan Brother" or something similar?

My apologies; "The Unknown Dernlan Brother" is probably more apropos.
