Sure, Bob.

1. Trust yourself. Who do YOU want to be? What is in YOUR heart and head? What burns inside of you?

2. Break the rules. Well-behaved people rarely make history. (This speech came before Arnold was caught breaking a few marriage rules.)

3. Don't be afraid to fail. Success will come.

4. Don't listen to the naysayers.

5. Work your butt off. (Ali said that he only started counting situps when they started to hurt.) No pain; no gain. If you want to win, there is no way around hard work. Sleep 6 hours. (You want to sleep more? Sleep faster.) You can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pocket.

6. Give back. Tear down your mirror and look beyond yourself.

Funniest thing I ever heard Tom Arnold talking about visiting Schwarznegger and telling him how much the maids kid looked like him.

Doesn't #2 invalidate the whole list?

Yes, it does.
