► Add to the Discussion Discussion Topic: question about competition Tony Jameson added to this discussion on August 10, 2015 I am curious to see if anyone has any knowledge of competing past college. I've tried looking into it but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Say i wanted to join the world team. Obviously i can't walk up to the coach and ask. So where would I begin? Are there certain qualifiers or restrictions allowing/not allowing anyone from going down that path if I have never competed in an international event? We would all like to see u compete, it shouldn't be difficult, you have no age issue, health issues may hsve to be cleared prior to competing if applicable. Getting your USA wrestling card is quick and easy, may be contact an OTC and inquire but if you feel that itch and your healthy DO IT! Take your shot, it will take some time to get there, stay positive and focused on the goal. let no one talk u out of it! And Jim the funny thing is that we were probably thinking the same thing during my matches hahaha I was certainly different. I don't know where the push is coming from really.
