and no osu person would announce a verbal commitment, against rules. Cant even comment on a potential recruit.

Bob, as long as you aren't specific, the twitter account can make statements about commits. For instance, the Bucks football recruiting coordinator tweets Boom every time there is a football commit. Coaches often tweet about the Buckeyes getting better.
Not saying it is a recruit, but the rules are easy to get around.

Ok guys this is driving me nuts. Ohio states Twitter says sorry they can't say anything right now so it has to be a recruit, right? A lot of people seem to be in the know but no one will post it. Something this big would have to be mark hall or spencer lee right? Well if you don't want to post it publicly you can just message me. I won't tell lol

Not sure. Haven't talked with football coach about that. Sports preference. He describes himself as a wrestler that plays football -- but obviously, football is very fun for him.
