Since Hall is a no go, tOSU will be recruiting Romero pretty hard.

Does anyone know if tOSU will make a play on Nick Reenan? I don't know what the technical and ethical rules on approaching a recruit who's already committed to a university. This seems like a unusual situation due to the head coach's departure.

As far as recruiting committed athletes to another university, it happens all the time in Football. It may not be as well known in Wrestling, but I'm sure it still happens.

Brady, are you able to discern/relay if playing football is on his radar as it relates to college?

He described himself as a wrestler that plays football. Now if he grows to 6' and gets to 200 lbs and is offered a scolly at a big program, who knows. There is possibility of $ after college playing football which isn't the case in wrestling. Would any of us wrestle for less than a full ride if we were offered a full ride to play football?

That's true for those who don't already know where Hall is not heading. If he has a change of heart that would be outstanding but not counting on it.

Bob's Luke 13 reference was aimed at the annual IRONMAN wrestling tournament. It's the second-best regular season tournament in Ohio.

THE Ironman is a great tournament, but still second to the Cruiser Invitational.
