"Is there any truth to the rumors floating around that Isaac is considering transferring to Ohio State?
IF that is a possibility that would make an already solid lineup that much better and allow White the chance to redshirt next year.
Anyone have any inside info or was that all internet fairy tale stuff?"
|
Take that a step further and throw Ryan Taylor's name in the mix too. I know, I know. We're dreaming! But think of THAT possibility! One year, hired hitmen! And it allows the Bucks the ability to RS both Pletcher and White to continue to develop talent for years to come. :)

Taylor was hanging out in the OSU section at the Big Ten tourney. I'd love to see him and Isaac in scarlet and gray.

lol this could be the 2011 Graham team...

Taylor, Micah, Bo, Isaac!
To be honest, everything I've ever seen about this scenario ever actually transpiring squashed it. I've not seen one credible bit of information that shows this happening is within the realm of possibility whatsoever. In fact, both Taylor and Isaac appear 100% content finishing out their careers as Badgers and I'd be stunned to see either sway from that.

It's way too early to start counting tournament points... but I'll do it anyway.
I'd consider this a conservative outlook for OSU:
125 - Tomasello - Top 3 - 20 pts
133 - Pletcher - R12 - 3 pts
141 - Hayes - Top 8 - 9 pts
149 - M. Jordan - Top 6 - 11 pts
157 - Ryan - R12 - 3 pts
165 - White - R12 - 3 pts
174 - B. Jordan - Top 3 - 18 pts
184 - Martin - Top 5 - 14 pts
197 - Moore - R12 - 3 pts
285 - Snyder - Top 2 - 22 pts
That's 106 points--there's definitely potential with that lineup (assuming everyone is healthy) to score in the ~125 point range, which would win it without a doubt. 100 to 110 might be enough, but would be close with PSU and Ok. State.

I'm not sure of another way to say it - ISAAC JORDAN IS NOT LEAVING WISCONSIN TO WRESTLE FOR ANOTHER ACADEMIC INSTITUTION!
Seriously!

I was joking. Tone gets lost when posting online. Taylor was hanging out with his high school buddies. There's no way those guys are Bucks next year. Would it be great if they were? Yes. Is it going to ever happen? No

The key is "ACADEMIC" institution, so he could still transfer to Michigan.

During Isaac's finals match the announcer at MSG said that there were 5 wrestlers from St. Paris Graham in the tournament this year: R. Taylor, M. Jordan, B. Jordan, and I. Jordan; does anyone know who the fifth was?
