This is where the BigTen Conference takes on non-B1G teams. Here are Flo's rankings...

1) Ok State
2) Penn State
3) Iowa
4) Ohio State
5) Virginia Tech
6) Nebraska
7) Missouri
8) Cornell
9) Illinois
10) Minnesota
11) Michigan
12) Rutgers
13) Lehigh
14) Wisconsin
15) SD State
16) Oklahoma U
17) Stanford
18) Arizona State
19) NC State
20) Central Michigan

With this in mind, we'd see the following:

NiemannBowl
PSU v. Okie State

HiattBowl
Iowa v. VaTech

CampbellBowl
Ohio State v. Missouri

KornblutBowl
Nebraska v. Cornell

NicolaBowl
Illinois v. Lehigh

SpleteBowl

Buckeyes already wrestled Mizzou. But I like the names of your bowls.

With that in mind, would they alter the match-ups???

I really hope so. There was wiggle room last year - see Iowa refusing to wrestle VT when that was their initial pairing.

Maybe we can swap with Nebraska and wrestle Cornell. Nebraska will not see Missouri this year otherwise. Makes sense to me.

I don't think this is going to be close. I only se OSU winning 3 matches 133-141 and a tossup either 197 or 285.

My two pennies--the Okie State lineup is fantastic at 133, 141 and 149. Rest of squad is overrated. Bucks can finish well ahead of them at NCAA's if Bo is healthy.

I think PSU and OkST will be the best dual meet this year. OkST can win at 125,133, 141, 165, 174,197, and 285. The only weights I think OKST doesn't stand a chance are 149,157, and 184. I think the dual will be a 5/5 split with bonus points being the difference. You guys are really underestimating one of the greatest coaches in college wrestling history John Smith. He will have good strategies for each individual. Ohio State has too many holes in their lineup to out score OKST period! OSU will have 4 or 5 AA this year imo.

They will win at 133-141 but are not favored in any other match. I could see them winning one of the following weights 165-197-285. but not all 3. I think PSU scores bonus in 125-157-184 and wouldn't be shocked if they scored bonus in 149-174.

I hope I'm wrong and it is a close dual.

wrestlestat has it 24-10 PSU
