Usually after a serious surgery or for hospice patients        Discussion Topic: Terrible news Matt Schein added to this discussion on March 31, 2017 it's a synthetic opioid, and it's much much more powerful than morphine. people are lacing it with heroin and it's killing people (as if heroin wasn't dangerous enough).
