@JoshMLowe: Ohio State wrestling commits: 2x SC Ryan Ferro (Warwick Valley, N.Y.), proj 157; 3x SC Jamar Williams (South Carroll, Md.), proj 174.

Josh, any additional info on either? Age or weight class ranked?

Welcome aboard, new Buckeyes! Congrats on your accomplishments and here's hoping you achieve many more in an OSU singlet.

Anthony Ralph was hired to broaden the depth and scope of recruiting. He is doing his job.

Bucks are so good right now that signing multiple time state champs barely gets a reaction.

My initial feeling is these are depth signings with the Bucks feeling that both wrestlers have upside. It hasn't caused a national ripple because neither wrestler is viewed as a high level prospect at this point in time. That said, Ferro's commitment was a big deal in his hometown:

Watched a couple of Ferro's matches on Youtube. Not great on his feet, but looked tough on top and showed a few slick counter moves to take his opponent to his back. Looks to have decent potential. Saw him cradle a kid in his semi match, which should please JJ.

Neither is ranked, Ferro is closer to a ranking. These are depth guys.

So, what's the entirety of this recruiting class looking like now? Is there any place that has a running list of the next two incoming classes?

After a couple years of wrestling year-round (for the first time), I could see Ferro being a pretty good starter by year 3 or 4.

I like Williams. He needs to improve his footwork but he's got a lot of quickness and power.

Williams is wrestling 145 this weekend at Flo Nationals where he could see #2 Sasso

Erick Smith is going 170

Well, if he can beat Sasso, I'll be his biggest fan! :)

I believe Sasso is very much in the plans of the Buckeye staff. Don't be shocked if they're teammates in a few years.

If he's wrestling 145 this week I can't imagine he's a projected 174. I would think he's in the mix for 157 next year along with Ferro, Burcher, Ryan and any others.
