Buckeye lineup while McKenna is competing out of country (my guess):
125: Mead
133: Nate
141: Pletch
149: Hayes

Am I the only one shocked that Fix beat Tomasello?
57KG US athletes should pay attention, he's ready to own that weight for a while.

I thought Tomasello was a clear underdog in that match-up. Fix is an international player at the early stage of his career. He didn't just perform well at Junior Worlds, he dominated. This is a kid that beat Spencer Lee. This is your likely 2020 Olympic representative at the introductory weight.
In folkstyle, I see Fix and Tomasello as a "pick'em" match, but in freestyle Fix is better. If Fix wasn't red-shirting, I think Tomasello's best chance for an NCAA title would be at 133...but all reports have him red-shirting for the Cowboys. So we, as fans of the sport, get to watch he and Lee go at it for four years.

Very well said. As per usual, I saw that one the same as you did. And honestly, I see Fix as still having some potential upside to his development in the room with John Smith and up against a tougher schedule for Okie State.
