Glad the Bucks have this one at home as this is the time of year when teams often show some fatigue.
Minny is deceptively good. Wanzek and Campbell is a big one for both in terms of seeding in BT. And McKenna needs to show he can handle a tough/non championship caliber opponent. This is his toughest matchup of the season so far.
I think Nate is all wrong for Lizak. Nate is not likely to get ridden and much better on his feet. But Lizak can score in bunches against lazier opponents (which Nate is not).

Interesting, but the comment "does it really matter who Snyder wrestles," which is true, but wouldnt it be interesting if Snyder was around next year and the heir apparent Steveson is there. The script will be flipped next year.

I hope i'm wrong but I see #2 Pletcher vs. #12 McKee as a potential trap match for McKee. McKee battles and has the ability to put people on their back from his feet. He's wrestled Brock and Gross somewhat tight over the years if I recall. I favor Pletcher but if he gets in a hole i'm not sure he has the firepower to dig out.

Yeah, that #12 ranking seems a little high. The kids pretty good, not to be taken lightly.

There's no secret as to what Pletcher is doing. He shuts down your offense with his head and hands, gets out on bottom and waits for an opportunity to score on his feet. His style is perfectly suited to his squatty build. Although they look a lot different, Pletch is actually a lot like senior year Nick Heflin at this point in time. Pletcher also has a high wrestling IQ and seems to have technical skill for virtually every position in which he commonly finds himself. It's a good formula for folkstyle and it's working well.
The only negative is his short arms make it tricky for him to score sometimes when he's in on shots. Otherwise, he's a very difficult opponent for anyone. McKee is no more or less a trap match than Delvecchio last week. In fact, the more wide open an opponent's style, the more it helps Pletch (see the Terao match at Vegas).
Pletch is currently ranked 2nd in the country. What a remarkable job he's done so far as a relatively unheralded recruit (PSU didn't want him) for the Bucks.

Pletcher then has a similar style to Steve Luke. I’d love to know how many matches Luke won by 1 or 2 points, with an O/U of 5!

My initial reaction is to disagree with this statement but I would need to review the careers of both McKee and Delvecchio to provide any reason why.
