Who is the 125 lbs. Champion at this year's NCAA tournament...and why?

IMO it comes down to three guys: NaTo, Suriano, and Lee.

I think it will be NaTo. Yes, I'm a Buckeye homer but I think he is the best of the three. I believe he will beat Lee when they face each other again. If he doesn't choose down and finishes the two takedowns as he should have the match really isn't that close. Instead of losing 3-2 he wins 4-1.
I know I'm taking away from Lee's performance and I mean no disrespect to the young man. I desperately wanted to see him come to Columbus. I just don't think he ever beats NaTo again with zero offense.

Suriano vs NaTo will be an intriguing match up but again, I think NaTo will find a way to get it done.

I think Lee beats Suriano.

I hope Lizak can be a spoiler down the rode and beat either Lee and/or Suriano, at Big Tens or NCAA. Nate appears to have Lizak's number, here's hoping the other two don't. He can rack up a lot of 4-pointers on top.

I think it's more than a three horse race and will be largely determined by stylistic match-ups and adjustments as those at the top are close. The homer in me says Nato. But Suriano is as well rounded as they come. As is Cruz. I feel Lee has to have a takedown to join them still. You don't win NCAA championships by riding alone. The B1G Tens are going to ultimately decide the seeding separation.

If Cruz stays undefeated, he will/should be #1 seed.

Lizak lost to # 12 Mattin of Michigan yesterday.

I'm picking Nate, but 125 is tough!

How would you rank 125 Right now?

Who's number 1?

I would put Cruz #1 he is returning NC and is undefeated although his best win is against Mattin.

Suriano #2 he is undefeated and has beaten Rivera and Bresser

Lee #3 has wins over Picc and Nato

#4 Nato.

B10 seeding will be interesting

#1 Suriano
#2 Lee
# Nato
#4 ?? Mattinn / Rivera/Lizak
#5 Lizak / Rivera
#6 Lizak / Welch
#7 Welch

as Mike Milkovich said, "If i can ride u but u cant ride me, i will usually win." A couple Buckeyes need heed.

Right now i like: 1.Cruz 2.Suriano 3.Lee 4.Tomasello
5.Fausz. 6.Lamont 7.Bresser 8. Piccininni

For this reason, when I watch Lee wrestle, he reminds me of Logan Stieber.

He has that disposition of a silent assassin. So skilled and unwavering concentration.

The year to beat him is this year because going forward he is going to get even better and maybe win a world championship while in college.
