No way a 20th ranked wrestler is going to miss this event!

I’m not sure I get that joke.
Also, is this on track or Flo?

I think he was just referring to the odd coincidence that the 20th ranked wrestler in every weight class will be at this tournament.

Is flo streaming this? I hope so because Trackwrestling leaves a lot to be desired.

Looks like Flo will have it. I just read an article about it (good stuff, btw) and there was a “WATCH LIVE†link.
That’s cool.

Bucks have wrestled well in Vegas and won several team titles. What's amazing is how often they've done it while missing key starters from the lineup.
This year's tourney, however, looks to be something like the collegiate version of Super 32. There are a lot of deep weights so expect to see quality matchups in the earlier rounds. The Bucks are going to face the deepest field in tourney history (on paper at least).
Are the four M's ready? Are Moore and Martin ready in particular as they've been training freestyle for awhile? How will the rest of the lineup perform? How many guys will place?

Does anyone know why Smith is going 174 for this and not Campbell?

This is just my opinion here but we already know what we have in Campbell and I don't think much is going to change with him between now and March. These guys have gone back and forth with Campbell winning the wrestle-offs and Smith getting the win at the open tournament a couple of weeks ago.
It's worth sending Smith to see what he has and can do against top tier competition in a big tournament setting.

Also good team management. Keeping Campbell healthy and fresh while allowing Smith the opportunity gain experience. Also, gives Smith the incentive to stay and not transfer out.

I like it. When I heard this said on the podcast it opened my thinking. I like the idea of a set line-up. But what you say here shifts my thinking.

I posted this same question on FB and someone suggested Campbell is banged up.
Either way, I think it is good to get Smith some mat time. The separation between the two wrestlers is not significant...if there is even any separation, and getting the young guy some action is a good idea.
