No, you can pick whomever you want.

I'm just trying to keep things moving, Lecklider!

PS: Betancourt is still available.

During the season you field a wrestler in each weight class and 3 addition floaters from any weight class. Floaters score points regardless of the weight class they wrestle. The 10 guys listed by weight class only score if they wrestle the weight class you entered them in. IE If Spencer Lee were to bump up to 133 and beat RBY, he would not earn any points for Brady if he was listed as a 125.

Jason's response makes it seem like we don't have to have specific weight classes but William's response makes it seem like we do need to fill all 10 weights. Which is it? Sorry if I missed an earlier explanation.

Agree. I picked Arujau assuming I needed someone at 133.

At the end your team has to cover all the weight classes. We have 15 rounds to draft. You can pick two from the same class before filling all you weight classes. Fill your 15 man team in any order. You will double up on some weight classes regardless.

Some slight changes this year. 16 man rosters. This link should be informative. Won't answer all the questions but should help. I know Jason sets it up as a head to head league. Last year wrestlers only received points for wins, not negative points for losses. Not sure how he set it up this year. How many weeks is our regular season is also relevant.

If we have 16 rounds of picks I really think we're going to need to schedule a Zoom call for an hour or so to get through it. I know finding a common time for 9 people will be tricky but it would be more efficient.

Found my answer about length of regular season.

"The FCW regular season starts November 1st and will end February 5th. The top 4 teams in each league will make up the playoffs. This will be a 4-team bracket with the top team playing the 4th best team and team #2 playing team #3 from February 6th to February 12th. Then the winners of the first week of the playoffs will play in the championship week February 13th to February 19th."
