Per OSU website:
125-#23 Brendan McCrone (R-Fr) vs Michael Spangler (R-Sr.)
or Blaine Frazier (R-Fr.)
133-#11 Nic Bouzakis (R-Fr.) vs Cayden Rooks (Gr.)
141-#3 Jesse Mendez (So.) vs #23 Dan Fongaro (Gr.)
149-#11 Dylan D'Emilio (R-Sr.) vs #14 Graham Rooks (Gr.)
157-Isaac Wilcox (Sr.) vs #19 Brayton Lee (R-Sr.)
165-#19 Bryce Hepner (R-Jr.) vs Robert Major (R-So.)
174-#11 Rocco Welsh (Fr.) vs #21 Donnell Washington (R-Sr.)
184-#23 Ryder Rogotzke (Fr.) vs Roman Rogotzke (R-So.)
or Seth Shumate (R-Fr.)
197-#22 Luke Geog (R-Fr.) vs Gabe Sollars (R-Fr.)
285-#7 Nick Feldman (R-Fr.) vs Nick Willham (Gr.)

Nice to see Welsh ranked #11 and Feldman #7. Will TR put Rogotzke up against his older brother or give Shumate the nod?

I’d have to think TR puts in Shumate, right?

There's history between Wilcox and Lee. Lee was a returning AA and ranked top ten for Minny. Wilcox was inserted as a last minute substitute (I think this was 3 years ago). Wilcox got in on a nice shot and Lee got hurt. I think he blew out his knee. Bucks got a 9-12 point swing and went on to win the dual

2021-2022 season, the match ended after 17 seconds with inj default, Lee was ranked #4 at the time.

I was trying to figure out what happened to Lee. He was a blue chip recruit and a stud early on. Maybe he never fully recovered from the knee injury?

Speaking of knee surgeries, Paddy Gallagher's was successful and he's already begun his rehab.

Three seniors will be recognized on senior day: Sasso, Hoffman and Boykin.

Wilcox, Kharchla and D’Emilio aren’t on that list. Does this mean they are returning next season or only that the option is available? None are assured of a spot in the lineup.

I'd bet that is the plan -- and I'd bet that you can add Sasso to that list if he can go.

Certainly how this post season ends will dictate a lot, but I’d be very surprised to see Karchla and certainly Sasso back. Watching Sammy’s presser prior to the dual it seems clear that he has a healthy outlook with or without wrestling. Dating back to high school Carson has been injury plagued. At some point you have to preserve quality of life long term, and I’m sure we all know guys with 10+ surgical procedures from wrestling that are limping around at 40. It’s just not worth it long term. I think he moves on. Can’t say what’s in store for anyone else, but this is likely the last crop of Covid guys with extra years we see in a Buckeye singlet. Maybe the plan is to stick around. The recruiting front has been very quiet this year, only one splashy pick up. Maybe they are saving $$$

It looks like Carson had surgery recently and looking at is IG post it sounds like he is planning on coming back.

I don't think he ever had surgery to fix the knee so maybe this will help him stay healthy.
