The Sponseller/Tannenbaum score was not indicative of the match. Tannenbaum did all the scoring but Sponseller wrestled well enough to be much closer. I think the second match will be much better for Sponseller.

Mike, that is how I saw it. By the time that Colt sprawled, Tannenbaum was already in pretty deep. Tannenbaum just kept timing Colt as Colt continued to come towards him.
It looked like it was deliberate. I'm sure that McFarland and the Michigan staff scouted him and had this game plan.
