"How the hell was that a TD for Dean? Kid has been gifted 2 wins now."
|
It was a TD because he has PSU on his singlet.

Hoffman over Dean? I can see it. Dean might win it all if his finals opponent isn't Michal Foy (shut up Hank...you're not funny)

Hoffman is playing with house money, and has an actual chance at making the finals. Pretty insane.
Can't imagine how much hard work it's taken getting from where he was a year ago to where he is today. He's been close all year... you never know when it's going to pay off.

He found a style that works. Hard to take down...good with the re-attach...out on bottom.
Bucks are three winnable matches away from five AA's. No guarantees of course.

Not sure if I go on bottom against Dean tonight. I hope Hoffman can wear him down.

Orndorff just beat No. 5 Hendrickson to advance to tonight's blood round against Parris. Hendrickson was unbeaten entering the week.
Top 12 is a solid showing for Orndorff.
Former Buck Gas Tank Gary Traub also is in the blood round at heavyweight. His road to AA is easier than Orndorff's and goes through No. 9 Davison of Northwestern.
Former Bucks Elijah Cleary and Quinn Kinner are eliminated.
Anyone paying attention to Iowa? Title contenders Eierman, Marinelli and Kemmerer lost before the semis, and as a team, they are 15.5 points out of third place. DeSanto and Warner are still alive for titles.

I’m not picking Tate to win but man Mason Parris looks like he can’t wait for wrestling to be over.

Best tweet of the day came from Will Forero @bronxattorney “Max Dean gonna a title whether he wants to or not.”
Yep.
…and Carson got screwed out of a reversal.

I'm shocked that Orndorff whipped Hendrickson. Someone said Hoffman is playing with house money. Same for Orndorff. Go for a big move.

Hendrickson was really being hyped — but Mr Wonderful dominated him!

Brady, please elaborate. The challenge booth affirmed the non-call on the mat. Were both of them wrong?
I never saw two points, but I may not have seen the same angle you did.

I saw there is a kid wrestling for Cal Poly named Adam Kemp. I did not know he is Lee Kemp's son. It seems like sons of great wrestlers never reach or surpass their fathers. They are usually good wrestlers, but not great. Reece Humphrey may be the exception.

In fairness to Adam Kemp, his old man is one of the greatest American wrestlers ever.

What call?
Confirmed doesn’t mean right (see BoJo vs Matk Hall).
