Likely headed to AZ St. but how big a hole would he fill at 133 for the Bucks!

Take it for what it’s worth but Pat Mineo said on Twitter to not count out Buckeyes to land Suriano. He is in the know but does troll once in a while.

This would be huge if he lands in Columbus

Arizona St does still have Michael McGee at 133 who finished 6th @ NCAA's last season. Perhaps Suriano or McGhee are looking to move up to 141 next season? Off the top of my head I think the potential starters there would be either Chlebove or Vasquez (The kid who was supposedly committed to OSU for like 5 years)

Just A Guy? Not how I'd describe Nick Suriano. If he wants to come, let him.

Ethan can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's the definition he was referring to. I know not everyone feels that way about Suriano, but a lot of people do.

I'd be a little weary of a guy who attended PSU and Rutgers already and now wants out of Rutgers?? I thought he went back home to New Jersey, now he wants out. What is going on?

I suppose my point is I’d rather invest in the right cultural fit for the program than a mercenary like Suriano. I know team points are critical but for me a one year rental would have to align to the program.
Perhaps he’s a great kid who fits into any room and could train here long term. But moving on from PSU and RU leads me to believe that’s not the case.
Having said that, team trophies matter and he probably scores 20+ points at nationals.
My OSU fandom motto will now be: WWDD. What Would D’Emilio Do. Let’s have more of guys like him.

I think Suriano goes 125 and tries to take out Lee.

Intriguing article from the standpoint that Columbus has more to offer in terms of marketing opportunities for athletes than schools such as PSU, Iowa and Okie State. If sponsorship dollars materialize more rapidly at Ohio State--and the article suggests that could be the case--than it could prove a game changer for landing transfers such as Suriano or top recruits.

Sounds like he will end up at PSU and could be enough to push them past Iowa for team title

Really!?
I’m not doubting you or your intel, just intrigued that he would return to a school that he’s already left.
Will be interesting to see it all play out.
125???

My intel is Willie and Pat M who both believe he will enroll in 2022. According to Willie Nick and Cael have a good relationship but it’s the dad that drove the bus for Nick to leave PSU.
