I'm sure I have a ton of them, but they're so ingrained an habitual that I don't even realize it. I'll try to be more conscious of it tomorrow.

Go on, act like you don’t prefer a thick hoodie (with a larger hood)....
When it’s time to help someone move, you’re the best in the group regardless of your size because you understand the use of lungs and body position to generate leverage...

While everyone else at the gym is trying to look good in their fresh gear, I'm the guys with the grey hoodie tucked into his grey sweatpants, hood up and cynched. I refrain from taping the wrists and tucking the sweats into my socks these days.

We bought an elliptical machine so my wife and I can exercise at home over the winter. I always wear shorts (and sometimes tights) with a t-shirt tucked in. Then I put on a sweat shirt and a winter hat. My wife always wants to know why I dress so warmly to work out. I try to explain that it doesn't feel like a work out unless I break a good sweat. The irony is that she sweats more than I do when she works out. But that's because she works harder.

You know nothing about college basketball but participate in the March Madness bracket competition at work, picking your teams as you would an individual weight class for a tournament...

I shake hands with a person when i first meet them. Then again a few minutes later. Then again when we are done talking. Then I walk over and shake hands with whomever is behind them. Then i run out of the room and down a hallway or stairs to get in my post conversation sprints.

I always carry around a large foam cube. Whenever someone does something that I don't like or I don't agree with I throw the cube at them.
Over the years it's gotten me a lot of strange looks and one or two fights, but I just can't break the habit.

Gary,
Foam cubes- I love it
Everybody should have foam cubes for daily challenges.
It would make road rage incidents and bar fights kinda comical

I was trying to explain this to my wife (she doesn’t get it, never will). It gets in your blood. I’ve been removed as far as coaching for a few years, but it’s never far from my thoughts. I still follow high school and college. Probably always will.
Truth be told. Weigh myself at home in my undies. Hell I thought that was normal
Still bust into a stance randomly
And yes I picture myself hitting moves on coworkers and standers. Ha! I thought i was the only one

Sometimes when people reach out to shake my hand I think about hitting and arm drag. Usually I refrain from doing so...

Matt, this is so me and I am more than a few years removed. In my undies and before I've had anything to eat or drink. I'll get in my stance and lock up with my grandson and he's like what are you doing grampa? and besides thinking of hitting moves on my fellow man I also fantasize about what moves I'd use if attacked. It's an obsession for sure. I still replay my last high school match in my head numerous times thinking how I could have avoided disaster. In your blood is right.
