My ideas were meant to address gamesmanship, force action and retain the integrity of the existing style.
As is, there are ways to totally game folk style.
Wrestling is a fun sport to watch for the casual fan when there is action. Kind of like watching paint dry when there is inactivity.
Top/bottom wrestling is fun to watch if there a deadline to get out, activity and no gaming. Otherwise, not so much. By eliminating game rides, there is a greater opportunity for the bottom man to create action and score.
