This is Sammy's NCAA final with O'Conner. Will someone explain to me how at the end of the match Sammy brings O'Conner down to the mat and has his right leg and his left ankle(which he never loses) and O'Conner is sitting on his butt, but no TD was given? Ryan threw the brick but the no call stood?? Even the announcers were saying "he has it, he has it"."
