Tom Ryan doesn't mention $1.5M revenue sharing in the article. The only time he mentions Penn State is saying that they poached Rocco.

Aside from that, his quotes seem to simply be along the lines of... times have changed with respect to recruiting and talent management.


Then the author of the article adds additional details about the different revenue sharing each team receives. Penn State recently publicly released information about their revenue sharing distribution.


Michael: My comment was as much a response to Nick's discussion of Title IX as it was a response to you. Revenue sharing is direct from the school. NIL is not. In my mind, that means there may be different Title IX impact for those two buckets of money--but I'm not a lawyer.
