Discussion Topic: #4 Bucks vs. #7 Minnesota
Jack Muni added to this discussion on February 9, 2025

Bouzakis busted his lip and needed stitches, so they put Davino out there. In fairness to Ben, I think the Minn. kid was not taking too many shots, just blocking all the ties. And I thought Shumate and Cannon were similar in that they got in on some shots but could not finish. I was wondering why Paddy didn't wrestle the other night?

I hope Paddy is making his way back down to 157.

Wells was r12 last year and is solid. That’s a good win for Davino but he needs to develop ways to score against top guys if he wants to break into top echelon of 133’s next year.

If Bucks somehow manage to land Raney bro’s, Waters, and Mocco it sure would change the narrative about their 2026 class. Munaretto would also be a good addition. I have to imagine after missing on Blaze, Jax, and Bo, they are putting serious effort into salvaging the class.

Nobody's done less with more than the Bucks. Not saying they aren't really good, but the results don't match the recruiting.

Ok after seeing results of this IU dual I’m board with questioning the coaches.

Up until this year Bucks always put out the best guy. Why are they not doing that this year. Davino and Welsh should be starting unless they truly want to RS.

Cannon looked good, always looking for points on top. They showed Sammy on the sideline looking rather stoic during the 157 match. It will be interesting to see who wrestles against PSU next week.

Kasak had to MFF his match against Maryland after getting hit in the head
