He claims he has been dealing with “major injuries” but tests positive for something he got at a grocery store. Nice medical facility at PSU.
I don’t but it.
I generally don’t root for anyone to lose their job and I’m not now. But does Cael bookend his career with Andrew Long and Starocci?

But the dog ate my homework!!! Really!!
Being a cyclist, over the last 20+ years we have heard EVERY possible excuse for a positive test. This is not one of the better ones. Actually it reminds me the the Daton Fix excuse that it was my father's PED in the fridge and I took it by mistake.
Sure!!!!
An athlete at that level, and at his age, knows what is expected of them regarding the substances they might take as well as the location verification process. If he did not know, there are resources in the college and through the coaching staff to know what is legal and what is not.

Statements like Brooks' are really for his own fan base so that he can preserve some shred of believable integrity in their eyes.
Nobody that's even remotely objective buys these kind of excuses.
