What I would like to see out of athletes, at Ohio State and elsewhere, is authenticity. It's the ones that carefully guard their answers and clearly make an effort to present themselves in a particular fashion that you have to look out for.[/quote]
one of the things I love about jesse mendez. he's speaking how he feels not how he thinks he should respond.

Nate Tomasello. Just competed as hard as he could every time he got on the mat. Never an excuse. Personable and decent off the mat.
