We will cover handfighting and setups, the keys to success for executing takedowns. We will also cover step-by-step finishes, with an emphasis on finishes to back points and pins. We will also cover mat wrestling with emphasis on tilts and hand control.

7:30 am. - Run / Mat Workout
8:00 am. - Technique / Drill

11:00 a.m. - Technique / Drill / Live
1:00 p.m. - Lunch
2:30 p.m. - Technique / Drill / Live
5:00 p.m. - Camp Concludes
