We are in Newark tomorrow (Monday) and Canal on Tuesday, and continue training athletes in a systematic approach. If you want to see what our focus is on each week, check out the website, and in particular, the Academy page (http://www.randywrestlingsite.com/ac.html).
Also, this week the Full-time Academy memberrs get the brand new shirts and shorts. They will also be available for purchase for anyone who wants them. The shirts are very cool, completely different - and we have shorts for the first time. Later in the week, singlets will be in.
Full-Time Academy members - make sure you've gotten your Attack System DVD that you have coming to you. The DVD is an excellent training tool.
