The most important thing is that he is alive and ok. Would have enjoyed seeing multiple Ohio boys going after olympic medals next year but there is more to life than wrestling. Joe had surgery already and will be out of the hospital soon. He will be able to live a normal, healthy life, but will not be able to engage in the strenuous training activities that would make his heart rate skyrocket. I thought that he was mistaken, I guess not. I thought about not posting here, out of respect for Coach Heskett and his families privacy, but, here is to praying that Coach Heskett have a complete and speedy recovery and to being thankful that this did not occur a couple of weeks ago when he was so many miles away from home.
