Discussion Topic: Open Mats at Hilliard Darby High School

There have been, and will continue to be until the season begins, open mats sessions at Hilliard Darby High School on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. until approximately 7:15 p.m.
The wrestling room in located behind the East bleachers on the second floor of the gym. The front doors of the building are the proper entry ways.
We have had a good mix of district and state experienced wrestlers as well as college wrestlers consistantly in the room.
Your are either getting better or getting worse... you are never staying the same!
