Open to all Wrestlers Youth, Jr. High, and High School
Location: CVCA WRESTLING ROOM
PRACTICE FOR YOUTH AND JR. HIGH CLUB TEAM BEGINS MONDAY OCTOBER 26TH 6:00-8:00 PM
Team Ohio Lightning is a faith based Christian wrestling club out of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio that encourages young men of all ages and skill levels to wrestle and train with some of the best wrestlers in the state of Ohio while incorporating God's word into young athlete's lives.
Ohio Lightning offers an Elementary and Jr. High Club team. During the season the club team will compete at multiple events throughout the state of Ohio, as well as out of state competitions.
Ohio Lightning will train for and compete in the OAC Jr. High and Grade School State Tournaments. Also, for the elementary wrestlers, Ohio Lightning will compete as part of the Ohio Youth Wrestling League.
In addition to the wrestling club, Ohio Lightning takes multiple trips to some of the most prestigious national wrestling tournaments in the country. The Ohio Lightning National Team competes at all levels from Elementary to High School. Some of the tournaments include the Brute Scholastic Showcase, USAW National Middle School Duals, AAU Disney Duals, Bad Karma Duals, among others.
Ohio Lightning practices three nights a week
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
First Official Practice is Monday October 26th
