According to InterMat Jedd Moore the Division III 152 state champion this year has commited to wrestling at the University of Virginia. This is a great pick-up for the Cavaliers and adds some more Ohio flavor to that lineup.

Congrats to Moore. UVA has quietly assembled a nice stable of Ohio stars.
For anyone interested, here's a list of some prominent Ohio seniors and where they've committed.
Eric Cubberly--CMU
Jedd Moore--UVA
Coby Boyd--UofM
Ben Jordan--Wisc
Brian Roddy--NW
Tony Jameson--Ohio State
Cody Magrum--Ohio State

Congrats Jedd. This seems to be a special class... There is still quite a few more kids that I can see joining big programs.

Congrats to Jedd and the Cavaliers. Virginia is a terrific school and Jedd is certainly an awesome wrestler.
I wish the Buckeyes got him, though. Oh well, they can't get them all.
Side note: If Moore and Kusar are at the same weight class, that will be an amazing match to watch in the state finals... in D3!

DC,
Kusar 152 and Moore at 160 is the likely scenario. I think it would be best for both to separate, and I see it shaking out like that. Moore wins if they don't separate.
Garland is doing a solid job of getting Ohio kids to go to U.Va.
Moore seems to project well as a college 165# wrestler, as the Cavaliers are very deep in the first four-five weights from the last class. They also have Michael Chaires to go in there at 174.
