► Add to the Discussion Discussion Topic: Jr. High and Grade School State Training with Ohio Lightning Paul Charvat added to this discussion on February 1, 2008 Team Ohio Lightning will again host Jr. High and Grade School state training sessions in the CVCA Wrestling Room starting next week. We will have some great competition in the room for wrestlers who are looking for a good environment to get ready for Districts and States. All we ask is that you sign a waiver and pay a one time fee of $10. Schedule: All Workouts will be held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM Week 1: February 4th, 5th, 7th Week 2: February 11th, 12th, 14th Week 3: February 18th, 19th, 21st Week 4: February 25th, 26th (no training on Feb. 28th b/c of OHSAA States) Week 5: March 3rd, 4th, 6th Week 6: March 10th, 11th, 13th Week 7: March 17th, 18th, 20th Week 8: March 24th, 25th, 27th Location: CVCA Wrestling Room 4687 Wyoga Lake Rd.
